I have the setup WRT54G and Beetel 220BX1, I connect to the net using bridged mode and have a password setup for accessing the router. Internet works fine on the PC as well as the laptops.

Now, I need to give access to a second person for gaming / ftp etc, however I do not want him to access internet. By giving him the password for the WRT54G he can automatically access the internet. Is it possible to give him only access to my machine and not being able to access internet?

Yes, it could be possible. I am not sure how you have set it up. But try this, just connect him onto the router, dont give him your router password. Try to connect to your machine directly via IP address from his PC. Router should act as a LAN switch and transfer intranet packets. Let me know if it doesn't work.

You can also have a second lan card on your machine and connect him to it instead of giving the router access.
