Job Description
- US based inbound voice process.
- Technical Troubleshooting process.
- 24*7 work environment.
- The candidate would be required to handle the inbound technical queries from offshore customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
- Good Networking knowledge is must.
- Only Graduates are eligible.
- Freshers can apply.
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc IT/Diploma in Networking
- Regular candidates are not eligible.
