Problem: Unable to connect to BSNL 500C after 2am!!!

plz help guys, i jus got my bsnl H500C after waiting almost 4months for the connection and now i cant connect after 2am. during paid hours the connection is very fast and i get an avg of 250kbps but at 2am, its not even connecting. at first it was not even connecting to modem but now its just the internet.
Test your ENET(1-4) Connection: PASS
Test your USB Connection: DOWN
Test the connection to your DSL service provider
Test ADSL Synchronization: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: PASS
Test the connection to your Internet service provider
Test PPP server connection: FAIL
Test authentication with ISP: PASS
Test the assigned IP address: FAIL
Ping default gateway: FAIL
Ping primary Domain Name Server: PASS

There's no need to panic. It's just BSNL experiencing some technical failure. It'll be alright in some days.

I agree with Mahesh. I am also experiencing the same. Their PPP auth server is buggy. Btw, are you getting connection during day time?
