How to stop users from accessing a system via LAN?

My friend has a network cafe and we have connected all the system via LAN. Among them, two machines are used only for their personal use and are not open to our customers. But some guys with computer knowlege got into those system via lan!!
How can we stop someone from accessing these systems? Please suggest a software or tool.......

Comodo firewall is freeware , in that u can use settings to block & alert the ADMIN computer accessed by other child computers
