How can i open this URL?

I was going through AOL's privacy policy while registering a new account and i came across a hyperlink in one of their pages. when i tried to open it, firefox said it doesnt know how to open that address!
This is the URL, aol://4344:2452.ratelim1.26158554.583269369/
What is the specialty of that particular one. It doesnt have the http part with it, why so? any idea how i can open that?

The protocol prefix `aol://` is used by AOL client. Once you install the application, that link will popup a small dialog box with details of rate limiting.

AOL Keywords make it possible for you to jump around quickly online, without having to remember exactly how you got to a certain area. As you explore America Online, notice the AOL Keyword that is displayed in the lower right corner of the window. When you want to return to that area, you can use the AOL Keyword feature to go there directly.
Instructions
Step 1
Sign on to AOL.
Step 2
Type in a keyword in the address bar on the AOL taskbar.
Step 3
Click on Go to the right of the bar.
Step 4
If you don't know what word to type in, click on Keyword to the right of the bar the address bar, then click on Keyword List.
Step 5
Click on List Most Popular tab, List Alphabetically tab or List By Channel tab.
Step 6
Click on the keyword you want and it will take you to the associated AOL content area.
