Over the last 8 years, I've been developing a blackjack game program in VB 6. This game is a tutorial in which no money can be won or lost but it contains many features. The game comes with a MS Access database and a link to a server for players to post their scores. Also a player can create matches with up to three other players and see the posted results when the match expiration date is reached. I think this game would be marketable, but I don't know where or how to proceed. Can anybody give me any ideas?
Thanks for any info!

Your need to create an installation package and register & upload in to sites where people download software.. You can search for "free software" or "free games" in google to find such sites.

From a promotion perspective, flash games which can be played online are popular than games which needs to be installed on a computer. Other than that, you can search for "blackjack game" in google to see what your competitors are providing and plan on how you can defeat them..

Okay, first of all. 8 years is a freaking long time. I appreciate your efforts!

What are your plans? Freeware? Shareware? or a paid download?

I'd prefer shareware, sell the program outright, or to have an outfit like Tiger Direct to distribute and sell it. Before I made the current enhancements, I had the program on my website, but got very few hits. If anyone is interested, I can email them the install package to download the program which would expire after 90 days. I am looking for some feed back.
